Return conditions

Your satisfaction is the most important for us. With MOJA.ro, you should be 100% satisfied. If not, you will get your money back.

According to the Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

Customized products cannot be returned. 

Return terms 

• You must notify us by e-mail at "sales@moja.ro" in the first 14 days after receiving your order which products you want to return.
• The products can be returned only if they are in their original condition, they do not show damage due to use, if they are accompanied by the original packaging, as well as by the documents received in the box.
• The shoes must be in the original box, without defects. We will not receive shoes with signs of wear. We advise you to try the shoes on the carpet to avoid the appearance of marks on the sole.

The products on MOJA.ro are returned to the address: 5 - 7 Regenerarii Street, Sector 3 Zip Code 031216 Bucharest, Romania. It is the customer's responsibility to return the products, the costs being borne by him.

 

Money-back in a maximum of 14 days in case of returned products. 

 

Once the package with the returned products has reached us, MOJA.ro undertakes to return by bank transfer or credit card the value of the products within 14 days from the date of receipt and validation of the return; in this equivalent value is not included the taxes for the transport of the returned products. 

 

 

The products can be returned only if they are in their original condition, do not show damage due to use, if they are accompanied by the original packaging, the cardboard label of the brand not detached, as well as the documents received in the box.

The shoes must be in the original box, without defects. We will not receive shoes with signs of wear. We advise you to try the shoes on the carpet to avoid the appearance of marks on the sole.

 

Product return terms:

- If you want to return the product and receive the money-back, the cost of sending the package is your responsibility.

- You can send the package through any door-to-door courier company!

- In the package, mention the IBAN of the account (Revolut is not accepted) in which you want us to return your money.

- Please send the products exactly as they were sent to you (eg laces/buckles/belts closed, transport box). Products sent INCORRECTLY will be returned to the sender.

 

Product change terms:

- If you want to replace the product / s, the transport will be borne by our company, all you have to do is contact Fan Courier (https://www.fancourier.ro) to send a courier and mention that the payment of the transport is made in our company's account MOJA CONCEPT SRL

- If you want to return the product and receive the money-back, the cost of sending the package is your responsibility.

Terms of delivery 

Our products are delivered directly to your home. You will be notified by email of the delivery of the ordered products.

• Delivery will be made to the address requested by the customer.
• International delivery is made through DHL, the products will be delivered in the special packaging MOJA.ro.
• If you notice any irregularities regarding the appearance of the package received upon delivery, please contact us immediately. 

Delivery rates 

The delivery cost sent to Europe is 50 Euro, and for the other regions 70 Euro, the tariffs differ depending on the chosen country - the final tariff will be displayed when completing the address when placing an order.

The products on MOJA.ro have prices displayed without a delivery fee. After you add the products to the shopping cart, on the My Cart page you will have the delivery fee for the order. The formalities and customs duties related to customs clearance are borne by the customer. 

Delivery date 

The description of each product on MOJA.ro mentions the estimated delivery time. The delivery time may differ from one product to another, it is mentioned on the page of each product. It differs depending on each designer and the duration of manufacturing the products, if not available on stock. The delivery term starts from the date of order confirmation.
